Authorization Statement of the Global Mediation and Arbitration Center (GMAC)
一、中心簡介 / About the Center
全球調解與仲裁中心（Global Mediation and Arbitration Center，簡稱 GMAC）係依據國際仲裁慣例與美國賓夕法尼亞州相關法律設立之中立仲裁機構，致力於提供公平、公正、專業且具國際效力的爭議解決服務。
The Global Mediation and Arbitration Center (GMAC) is an independent and neutral arbitration institution established under international arbitration standards and the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA. GMAC is dedicated to providing fair, impartial, and professionally administered dispute resolution services that are internationally recognized and enforceable.
二、授權目的 / Purpose of Authorization
為推廣 GMAC 仲裁條款（GMAC Arbitration Clause）之使用，並協助企業與個人瞭解 GMAC 仲裁制度、申請程序及法律效力，GMAC 特此授權 唐明環球法律事務所（Tang Ming Global Law Office） 為全球唯一正式合作推廣單位。
To promote the adoption and proper use of the GMAC Arbitration Clause, and to assist enterprises and individuals in understanding GMAC’s arbitration framework, procedures, and enforceability, GMAC has officially authorized Tang Ming Global Law Office as its exclusive global partner and promotional representative.
三、授權範圍 / Scope of Authorization
唐明環球法律事務所之授權範圍包括：
1. 向企業及個人推廣與解說 GMAC 仲裁條款之使用方式；
2. 受理有意導入 GMAC 仲裁條款之申請與諮詢服務；
3. 提供 GMAC 授權之仲裁條款文本、範本及中英文文件支援。
The authorization granted to Tang Ming Global Law Office includes:
1. Promoting and explaining the use of the GMAC Arbitration Clause to enterprises and individuals;
2. Receiving inquiries and providing consultations for parties interested in incorporating GMAC arbitration into their contracts;
3. Providing officially authorized GMAC arbitration clause templates, model documents, and bilingual support materials.
四、職能區分 / Separation of Functions
唐明環球法律事務所僅負責 GMAC 仲裁條款及相關文件之推廣與授權使用，不參與任何仲裁案件之受理、審理或裁決過程。所有仲裁案件均由 GMAC 依《GMAC 仲裁規則》獨立管理與裁決，以確保程序之中立、公正與保密性。
Tang Ming Global Law Office is responsible solely for the promotion and authorized use of GMAC arbitration clauses and related documentation, and does not participate in the administration, adjudication, or decision-making of any arbitration case. All arbitration proceedings are conducted independently by GMAC in accordance with the GMAC Arbitration Rules, ensuring impartiality, procedural integrity, and confidentiality.
五、聲明目的 / Statement Purpose
此授權聲明旨在明確劃分 GMAC 與唐明環球法律事務所之職責範圍，並確保所有使用 GMAC 仲裁服務之當事人，均能於公正、透明、具國際效力之制度下，獲得充分的法律保障。
This Authorization Statement is issued to clarify the respective roles and responsibilities of GMAC and Tang Ming Global Law Office, and to ensure that all parties using GMAC’s arbitration services are protected under a fair, transparent, and internationally recognized dispute resolution framework.
