GMAC Arbitration Fee Schedule
一、總則 / General Provisions
GMAC 仲裁費用制度旨在維持仲裁程序之公平、效率與專業品質。所有費用均依案件性質與程序進度核定，以確保仲裁運作之合理性與透明性。
The arbitration fee framework of the Global Mediation and Arbitration Center (GMAC) is designed to maintain fairness, efficiency, and professionalism throughout the arbitration process. All fees are determined based on the nature and progress of each case to ensure transparency and reasonableness.
二、費用構成 / Composition of Fees
GMAC 仲裁費用主要包括以下項目：
一、案件受理費（Filing Fee）：於提交仲裁申請時繳納，用於案件登錄與初步審查。
二、仲裁管理費（Administrative Fee）：由 GMAC 收取，用以支援案件管理與行政協調。
三、仲裁員報酬（Arbitrator’s Fee）：依案件複雜度、爭議金額及仲裁員人數核定。
四、其他費用（Additional Costs）：如翻譯、專家意見、場地租用及文件處理等。
GMAC arbitration costs generally consist of the following:
Filing Fee – payable upon submission of the arbitration request to cover registration and initial review.
Administrative Fee – charged by GMAC for administrative management and coordination.
Arbitrator’s Fee – determined according to the complexity of the case, amount in dispute, and number of arbitrators.
Additional Costs – including translation, expert reports, hearing facilities, and document handling.
三、繳費與程序 / Payment Procedure
一、所有費用應於 GMAC 發出繳費通知後七日內支付。
二、若未於指定期限內繳費，GMAC 得暫停或終止仲裁程序。
三、費用可透過銀行匯款或 GMAC 指定之電子付款方式繳納。
四、所有已繳納之費用，除 GMAC 另有書面決定者外，概不退還。
All payments shall be made within seven (7) days from the date GMAC issues a payment notice.
Failure to make payment within the prescribed period may result in suspension or termination of the proceedings.
Payments may be made by bank transfer or by any electronic payment method designated by GMAC.
All fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise determined in writing by GMAC.
四、費用計算原則 / Fee Determination Principles
一、GMAC 依爭議金額、案件複雜程度及程序長度核定各項費用。
二、涉外案件、緊急仲裁或特別程序得另行訂定費率。
三、非金錢爭議案件由 GMAC 依案件性質核定合理費用。
GMAC determines all fees based on the amount in dispute, case complexity, and procedural duration.
International cases, emergency arbitration, or special proceedings may be subject to special rates.
For non-monetary disputes, GMAC will determine a reasonable fee considering the nature of the case.
五、仲裁員報酬 / Arbitrator’s Fees
仲裁員報酬依其專業資歷、案件工作量及爭議金額核定。
報酬方式可為：
一、按爭議金額比例計算（Percentage-Based）；
二、按時計費（Hourly Rate）；
三、固定酬金（Lump Sum），適用於非金錢性或特別案件。
Arbitrator’s remuneration is determined based on the arbitrator’s professional standing, workload, and the amount in dispute.
The fee structure may be:
Percentage-based according to the amount in dispute;
Hourly rate reflecting the arbitrator’s seniority;
Lump-sum fee for non-monetary or exceptional cases.
六、費用分擔 / Allocation of Costs
除非雙方另有協議或仲裁裁決另行決定，仲裁費用原則上由申請人先行繳納。
仲裁庭得於裁決中決定雙方費用最終分擔比例。
Unless otherwise agreed or determined in the arbitral award, arbitration fees are to be advanced by the Claimant.
The arbitral tribunal may apportion the final costs between the parties in its award.
七、國際案件 / International Cases
對於跨國、跨法域或涉及外語文件之案件，GMAC 得依案件特性另行核定合理費率，以反映其國際性與專業需求。
For cross-border or multilingual cases, GMAC may apply special fee arrangements reflecting the international nature and professional requirements of the dispute.
八、最終解釋權 / Final Interpretation
本費用標準由 GMAC 制定並保留最終解釋與修訂之權。
This Fee Schedule is established by GMAC, which reserves the right of final interpretation and amendment.
Global Professional Services
